  1. Employee motivation refers to a company's employees' level of commitment, desire, and energy in their jobs. The only true way to assess this is to learn how employees truly feel. Employees may find it challenging to be honest in face-to-face interviews as a business leader or HR member. Confidential questions are an excellent way to acquire a complete view of a company. This also allows you to learn what motivates staff and what they believe is holding them back, allowing you to quickly implement a solution.

  4. Nice article Jude with a good arrangement.
For example, a low-motivated employee might work more slowly and take longer breaks from their tasks, while also surfing the web or using their phones to pass the time. It's not just that they lack focus, but that they aren't giving it their all. In addition to wasting valuable company resources, this can have a knock-on effect on other employees, preventing the entire company from producing work of the highest quality or meeting important targets..
In contrast, a motivated employee is enthused, committed to their work, and takes pride in their accomplishments You can count on them to get things done quickly, take action, and do a good job for you and the company.
