ReplyDeleteEmployees are more productive and successful after training. It is closely linked to all personnel or management operations. It is an essential component of the management program, with numerous interconnected activities. Armstrong (2014), mentions that an effective training is methodical in nature and places a premium on skill analysis. The training's objective should be clearly stated in terms of the behavior that is expected as a consequence of the training. The training should emphasize the development of transferrable abilities. The training should be assessed in terms of how well it accomplished its objective.
